Returns:
We do our best to accurately photograph and describe our vintage beads, vintage cabochons and vintage findings. We inspect and remove all defective beads. Due to the nature of vintage beads and how they were packaged and shipped years ago, and from years in storage, you may find slight scratches and flaws – especially on the crystal beads. All our vintage beads are “new” vintage, purchased from bead manufacturers and resellers, our beads are not removed from strung jewelry.
If bead items are not as described or defective they can be returned for exchange within 7 days of receipt. Please contact us by email @ customerservice@beadessence.com for a return authorization code and shipping instructions. Any bead package received without a return authorization code will be refused and sent back to you at your expense.
Please note that since all of our beads are unique and of limited quantities, we reserve the right to replace the returned items with like bead of equal or greater value.
We do not credit or incur any shipping charges of any kind, unless the return was due to an error on our part. If this is the case, authorization and special instructions must be obtained prior to return shipping.
Wholesale Orders/Limit Policy:
Most of our beads are available in limited quantities, and we regret that we cannot accept wholesale purchases. We reserve the right to limit quantities. If you see a bead you like - don't wait to place your order, it may not be available later. When purchasing for a design, please order enough so you will not be disappointed. If you do require additional items for a special project or design please contact us @ customerservice@beadessence.com. We will do our utmost to accommodate you.
Privacy Policy:
We do not offer, distribute or share any customer information. If you share your email or contact information with us, we will only contact you when we have a special offer that we feel is too good to pass up.
As for Internet and credit card security, we have secured the services and instituted policies to ensure that your personal information is handled safely and responsibly.
Methods of Payment:
The shopping cart will instruct you on how to apply payment. We will accept a personal check or money order under certain circumstances. Please contact us at customerservice@beadessence.com with requests and for purchase procedures.
International Orders
We are happy to accept International Orders! Please do not submit your order via the shopping cart. Simply e-mail your order request to customerservice@beadessence.com .
We will total your order, add the appropriate International Orders Shipping fees and we will e-mail you the total due and the payment instructions.

Out of Stock Items
Sorry for the inconvenience. When an item is completely sold out we remove it from the site. When an Item is list as "Temporarily Out of Stock" it may be in another warehouse or simply misplaced. Check back with us often.
